Why does a town of just 150,000 people have so many strip clubs? There are two answers. The first is the tourists. The second is the port. Manzanillo is an unspoiled tourist destination, without the annoying OPCs. (Aggressive street hustlers working for time share hotels, a nuisance in other beach resorts like Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta).  The Mexican tourists enjoy the beaches, the fishing and the strip clubs located on the main street. English speaking tourists arrive by car, cruise ship or air. The port brings in merchant seaman from all over the world. Manzanillo transfers more cargo than any other port in Mexico. The sailors and tourists bring a sexual appetite and spending cash. Taxi drivers know where these clubs are.Â
10 and Nudus
 These are the premier clubs. Both are upscale for Manzanillo, though nothing like you’d find in Guadalajara. There was no cover the last time we went. The girls ranged from 6 to 10, with most in the lower range. Drinks for you cost $50 for a beer, more for mixed drinks. Drinks for the ladies run start at $300 pesos (about $15 USD) and go up from there. These clubs are run like businesses. You are subject to some pressure to spend money, especially by the girls. Can’t blame them. That’s their job. Â
Las CaguamasÂ
The best strip club in Manzanillo is Las Caguamas. It’s relaxed, bawdy and sometimes outrageous. If you speak a little Spanish, or are with a group of guys, you might have an amazing experience.  Las Caguamas has anywhere from 10 to 30 girls working. They range from 5 to 9 on a 10 scale, with most in the middle. 7’s, 8’s and 9’s stay very busy on the weekends. Half are just there to hustle drinks. The others both hustle drinks and are part time escorts. Waiter’s can help you connect with the right girl. A $50 peso tip is polite EACH time he or she serves you. Treat any strip club waiter right and you’re guaranteed to have a great time. Â
Grab A Breast
In a Mexican strip club, you are expected to touch the girls. If you don’t grab a breast, expect her to grab your hand and guide you. In all clubs, if you are not touching the girl assumes you aren’t interested. She makes money if you keep buying drinks. They want to sit with you until all your money is gone or it’s closing time.  In some clubs, they want you to take them into a private room for a “privado”. This is usually 3 songs long. Your dancer will strip naked and dance, but what you both really want is to get a blowjob or full service. Some clubs allow it, some don’t.

Stay until closing time and you can take the girl home with you. Expect the cost to be anywhere from $1000 pesos to $3000. ($50 USD to $150.) You can take her out earlier, but then you have to pay a bar fine. That’s a “Salida” in Spanish. We had a great night in Las Caguamas a few years back. Two girls for one guy, cost was $1000 pesos each plus taxi. They were so hot to start that the first orgasm was from a blowjob in the back of the taxi. After a few beers they did a lesbian show. They stayed until the both the beer was gone and there was no more love juice to give. Â
